NEMTEK APPROVED INSTALLER • MIRI, SARAWAK
WHO IT’S FOR
If this sounds like your property, you’re the reason we do this.

You travel or work away often
An empty house is the easiest target on the street. The fence stops someone at the boundary, and you can check the status from your phone — whether you’re in Miri, Kuching or overseas.

Elderly parents or children at home
While you’re at work, the house holds the people you care about most. Any tamper on the wire triggers an alarm immediately — you get warning while the intruder is still outside, not after they’re in.

A shop or factory that sits empty overnight
Stock, tools and equipment sit unattended for twelve hours at a stretch. Zoned alerts tell you exactly which side of the perimeter was touched.

A corner lot, end of a cul-de-sac, or beside open land
These are the positions intruders prefer — more escape routes, fewer neighbours watching. An electrified perimeter removes that advantage.
PERIMETER PROTECTION
Why electric fencing works before a break-in happens
01
Deters before it detects.
A visible electrified perimeter turns your property into the hard target on the street. Most intruders move on before they ever touch the wire.
02
Warns you the moment it’s touched.
Any cut, climb, or tamper triggers an instant alarm — so you get warning while the intruder is still outside, not after they’re in.
03
Safe by design.
High voltage, very low current. The pulse is short and sharp — engineered to shock and repel without causing serious injury to people or stray animals.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Installing it is only half the job. Without MUT approval, it’s an illegal system.
We submit the Rule 15(1) approval application to MUT on your behalf
Systems installed to comply with MS IEC 60335-2-76
We remind you and arrange the Competent Person inspection required every six months
We help submit Form G to renew your approval before it expires
“When something goes wrong, the approval letter is the first thing your insurer asks for. Before you sign with anyone, ask: will you apply for my MUT approval?”

INSTALLATION METHOD
Bolted, not glued. That’s the difference you can’t see after we leave.
Most of what makes an electric fence last is hidden in how the posts are fixed. We don’t use adhesive mounts. Every post we install is anchored with stainless-steel bolts, so the structure holds tension for years and doesn’t loosen in the weather.

Our anchor bolt method
Permanent, structural fixing
Holds high wire tension
Doesn’t fail in sun or rain

Adhesive mounts used elsewhere
No structural anchoring
Loosens over time
Vulnerable to weather
Unreliable long term
Ask your installer how the posts are fixed. If the answer is glue, ask why.
ACTIVE VS PASSIVE SECURITY
Why a grill only buys you time
Electric fence actively deters at the perimeter. A grill is still a barrier, but it only delays entry once someone has already reached your windows or doors.
